Mr. Berry saved my life – In 2010 I was facing a potential 3 to 7 years of prison time for an aggravated DUI. I unfortunately could not recall many details to help my case. Mr. Berry methodically examined all of the prosecutions documentation and police report. He immediately discovered errors on the report which resulted in my driving privileges to continue as normal. Mr. Berry was empathetic, non-judgmental and demonstrated confidence all while being straight forward about my case every step of the way. More so unlike other attorneys he was accessible and kept me informed about the progress of the case throughout the experience. The trial date arrived and Mr. Berry was very confident in how he would unravel the prosecution’s case. After Mr. Berry presented my defense and questioned one of the police officers involved a short time later I was never more relieved in my life to hear the judge say – not guilty. I can only imagine my life dissolving if convicted; losing my job, then house -- God knows what would happen in prison and try to recover from that after release. Because of Dan Berry I never stop driving legally and the case was dismissed as if it never happened.
